BMW M 1000 R.
SUPERBIKE MEETS NAKED BIKE.
The BMW M 1000 R is the hyper naked bike for the highest demands – from country roads to racetracks. With an output of 154 kW (210 hp) and a DIN unaden weight of just 199 kg, the new M 1000 R – known as the M R for short – delivers driving dynamics in the naked bike segment that are otherwise reserved for thoroughbred superbikes. To this end, the M R is equipped with special winglets in black structured paint to increase downforce.
They create a lower tendency for the front wheel to lift off and facilitate more dynamic cornering with the possibility to brake later and accelerate earlier. In addition, the rider has access to assistance systems such as Race Pro modes to further enhance the riding experience, right up to riding at the limit on the racetrack.
