The Suzuka 1000KM will make its comeback in the Intercontinental GT Challenge (IGTC) in 2025. This brings the global racing series to four continents: Europe, North America, Australia, and Asia. The season kicked off in February with a 1-2 victory for the BMW M4 GT3 in Bathurst, Australia. Other season highlights include the 24 Hours of Nürburgring and Spa-Francorchamps. The Indianapolis 8 Hour, which Team WRT won in 2023 and 2024, will be the finale. In the IGTC, there are both a drivers’ and a manufacturers’ championship, so no team is required to compete in all season races.
